i never heard of capitola untill i saw your post and from what google revealed to me it is a very small village near san jose or as they call it "intimate beach village".

i see no real value for the name as the search results are very low and cpc is 0.05c, but with a development plan maybe in the range of low to mid xx$ to the right end-user.
