Thanks for your opinion. Sedo values the domain at £10,000 undeveloped and have entered it into the next GreatDomain.com auction. Quite a difference, but thanks for your appraisal.

Hi. Will do. Just checked google keyword tool and cafes gets 16,000,000 Exact Global Searches and 1,830,000 Exact Local Searches per month so now i know why Sedo valued it at £10k.
