I received an email from someone who is interested in buying my domain yesterday. Her offer was $500.

I went to this site and it was appraised at $4,096.

I would like to know what is a fair price. I feel I may get a higher price elsewhere OR I may end up developing the website so it looks similiar to one of my websites at http://tipsongolfing.com.

Your buyer probly wont want it after most of the holiday shoping time is over

Ask yourself, How long you had it?, Has anyone else asked me to buy this?

You can try to get her to bump up her offer, then take 500 if she wont.

$0 - the domain is worthless. If that is a real offer (which I doubt) you should definitely take it.

Another person offered $625 for the domain. But I already emailed the first person this morning and said that she could buy it at $500. Gotta keep my word
