I think .NET domains like this have taken a hit in recent years. I'd say high $xxx for a quick sale and maybe mid $x,xxx to a motivated end user. IMO.

P.S. Frankly speaking, domain names are not really needed. Do a google search for my website and you'll see what I mean. :ghost:

Appraisals vary because there is no way to truly say how much it will sell for. Only way to find out is to take offers here or put it up for auction. The market will determine the real value!
