I can see the trademark infringement one with Facebook, but I don't see anyone holding a trademark specifically for "btcwebstore".

Deleted it before some one comes following you.
As you said you are new to domaining please read about domaining before you go regging rampage and loss money. I have lost enough so just a suggestion
Read What to do and what not to do. before you jump to sales thread. The sales thread shows huge money but those domain sold are good ones and thoughtful one's.
its better to read everything and do some smart regging.
