the reason for bursting his bubble is not the creation date.

if you know how to search and find good domains, you can find sellable domains every day available for hand reg.

the reason is that such words (z instead of s) usually don't have value with .org extension.

Well thanks for the precious comments...Would hold this domain name untill it raches my expectations.And i am sure that this domain will fetch me good amount.(because this keyword,is booked for major tld's,and also i am damn confident that .org is not that bad....

.org isn't a bad extension and I don't think people claimed that, it is just that the domain name itself isn't best suited to .org. The word itself, especially with the z, doesn't work so well with the extension.

From a domainer point of view it doesn't have much value. You may find an end user willing to pay more, but you may also be holding the domain for a long time as the name itself has little commercial value.
