Any thoughts on this domain in terms of value or development direction would be greatly appreciated.

While it is reminiscent of 'stormpay' and other domain names, and has decent keywords, I cannot see myself being comfortable using this domain for any monetary [pay] transactions. There is something about 'blind' that I fell may repel ineterested parties.

With this said, it is a string of decent keywords, memorable and in .com. Minimum mid $xx at this point.
