Would love some feedback on this. Great one word geospecific .com. One of the free online "appraisal" sites gave a number that would allow me to take a couple year vacation! Let's see what you all have to say...

Excellent 16 year old GEO domain. Fast growing city of 125K+ people in Washington with a very good economy.

It is worth something in the $XX,XXX range depending on the buyer. I could see the right end user paying Mid $XX,XXX - High $XX,XXX for it.

It is listed as being sold in May 2008 in a private sale. I will not list the exact price, but I think it would be challenging to sell for the same price again.

The appraisal is based on the domain itself. I am not appraising the website, although the added development and traffic could be more appealing to a potential buyer.

Domain appraisals are virtually worthless. It will not help you sell the domain. I would not pay for one.

Not to mention, if you Google the site you mentioned it is tied to the famous appraisal scam.

This is already a website with keyword results clearing 1mil / month. Hmmm...my guess is that if it's yours you can sell it for a lot. If it's not yours, you'll need a lot to buy it.
