GiftShop and DVDshop would be reasonably valuable .org domains.

Just imagine you were looking for a domain for a gift shop or a DVD shop.
Would you go in for an up side down .org?
imho no one would do that!
Perhaps with the .com, but not with an .org (it just doesn't fit)

I would look for available names like FilmDVDShop.com or WebGiftShop.net
(Just a few seconds of research. There are problably better names)
Or I would spend some money and get one the "correct" ones.

Hyphens are not nice, but they are very SEO efficient.
Overture does not distinguish between singular and plural.

It's just a possible strategy.
