The only concern would be its passing the radio test. The other half of that radio test is first.place. You might want to get hold of the folks who hold that one, because one way or another, I'm guessing you'd probably want to connect with each other.

I like it. About all you can say about an extension with only two documented sales and they both are from Flippa. Need to see whats the story with First.place. Without looking I'll wager it is premium hold, not sold. Good Luck
