this is a pretty useless domain with very little google keyword competition, BUT it has 110,000 exact monthly searches. does that give it value?

sonyericssonxperiax10minipro.com
sonyericssonx10mini.com
x10minipro.com
these have 165,000
110,000
and 110,000
exact global google searches per month
the keyword competition is 41% for the 165,000 one, and 26/36 for the 110,000 ones
are these worth anything? what sort of trademark issues are there for these product-specific domain names? could i develop it into a site to sell x10minipros?
i'm trying to figure out the extent to which exact keyword matches matter. i have a few days to get rid of these, i just regged them now, mostly so i could post this thread about them. what is it about these that makes them worthless, is it that they're dangerous for having trademark issues, or is it because they're ridiculous and long, or is it because exact matches only matter in certain circumstances?
