Just ask yourself what people are going to search to find wp plugins/themes/scripts? Would it be "wp plugins" (or wp themes/wp scripts) or would it be "wp tops"? Then you will know if it is valuable or not. Here little present wpthemes2015.com is available. Probably will get eventually more searches than wp tops.
