Simply an amazing domain. I'm not even sure where to begin assigning a value to it. Do you know if it gets any traffic on its own?

The fact that the UK uses .co.uk for their country's primary commerical extension lends value to your name. It could be used to offer .co.nl names

Good find. I'm guessing traffic on this .co.nl name is going to be pretty significant just from the typos. That would make a big difference in value.

Well, let's calculate:

UK has around 55 mill population While NL has around 14. 4:1. How many domains in co.uk? What is the reg fee? What if you have special increased prices fro premium domains. Special fees for TM protection, etc. Minus expenses to maintain the zone servers and pay staff.

Make sure your registar offers wildcard dns so you can get a true idea of the traffic off the subdomains.

As for value: This is a "you name your own price" domain :D

This is a great name. I wouldn't even consider parting with it for less than $100k.
You might consider running a service to register othersnames.co.nl. For extensions where registration fees are high or there are restrictions on registering this can be an interesting product.
But there are potential problems. I know a guy who has an “xx.com” name who tried to market this as an alternative to “.com.xx” He got a few hundred customers and was making peanuts from it. When someone came along and offered him a few hundred thousand he was screwed because he had already committed to providing the service to his customers.
