very good domain, forex trading is so popular today, owner of this domain can make big $$$ on affiliate programs,

in ppc search engines bids on search term "forex" can be as big as $1 or more ,
You can create site about forex and put there adsense -
forex platforms pay them a lot for advertsing so You can get $3 - $4 on one click :D

$100 is not good ...

Yaa forex.to is a very good domain name.

But im not sure about developing it.
Coz if any company would be interested in
buying it then they will put up their own site
based on their business model.

But if you can do some SEO to get some backlinks
and get some traffic then this will really help you.
