I want to sell this domain via auction. I am new in domain flipping and I already have made my first sale, but after that nothing was sold.

Can anyone please guide me how to conduct beneficial auction. Also please tell me is this domain good enough to set on auction because I see so much options with this domain. I was thinking on flippa but a lot of people told me that flippa is just waste of money now.
