I am not sure why a business would want to switch when they own the .COM. At best it would be a secondary domain.
If you are going to try to sell it to them you need to answer the question how it would be beneficial to their business. I don't think it really would be personally.
This is just a bad domain because there is (1) potential end user, it is a worse domain, and it is basically squatting on their unique brand. There is no generic value to this domain.
