I bought this historic domain a few months ago.

In the past I have received an offer of $1,100, but I refused: I wanted to wait a little.

Now I want sell it, but I need your help to understand its true value.

What is your evaluation on this domain?

I would definitely have sold it for that price. It is obvious the only value from this is the previous' owner's site, and sooner enough, people will get used to it as a parked page, and your revenue will decrease soon.
