and it doesn't look right or sound right,

nor does it feel like a place to visit a doctor


and it's singular, as opposed to plural, where ie: "physicians.shop" might sound better

all that, was analysed in my brain,

and based on those reasons,

it decided that your name was only worth reg fee

Ok, I see! But how about a shopping portal for doctors or people in the medical field, for medical supplies or equipment?
As a side note: Very rarely is the plural more valuable then the singular!

Being a .shop kills it to begin with. And I'm pretty sure doctors don't buy their medical supplies off of random websites, so I'm not really sure what the domain could be used for?

I like .shop very much, but in this case, I do not see good pairing between keyword physician and .shop..I am simply not aware of anything like that in existence as "physician shop"..therefore I do not feel this domain.
