PHPCOW Content Manager or Expert Needed
We need someone who can manage our PHPCOW script, set it up (installation is done) but need it set to our requirements and standards.
The Content Manager is for our COMPANY : RDosti Pvt Ltd and will be used as a News Portal (using RSS feeds mainly)
The pay will be negotiable per month or week or per instance.
Budget for staff (or freelance) will a max of 25$ per week or a max of 20$ per instance based on job given. Jobs will not have dedicated hours so its pretty relaxed (Less than 5 hours a week).
We are looking for someone who has used PHPCOW and has experience using it.
