Phpbb problem

Ok. I have a phpbb forum up with subsilver on it. When you try and register on the subsilver its all good, When you add a new templates thats another story. When trying to register with a template (not subzilver) there is no username field just the email and pass. Has this happend to any one else ? Any one have any ideas how i can sort it.

what version of phpbb are you running?

I don't like loading other people's skins, I usually make my own. Its very simple, you just need to change 2 files (ish). Maybe this is something you want to ask on the phpbb forums (www.phpbb.com/phpbb)

It is helpful to get your skin from a reliable source such as the phpbb website. That said, I have found it pretty common to have small things that tend to bug you when not using subsilver. I usually just modify my subsilver template.

The maker of what ever skin, possibly you if it was you that edited the skin, you will have deleted the code that has the Username field in it. Try another style, and if possible report the error on the site that you got it from.
