PHP5 or HTML?

Hi all,

Recently I started to hear about programs that using PHP5 over the familiar HTML.

Can someone please explain me the differences and what is better for the affiliate?

PHP is a server programming language, used for more advanced features on a website. PHP spits out dynamic HTML-code, so it's not a replacement for HTML in any way.
