PHP - Simple Gallery // Quote Needed

Hello

I am currently looking for a quote on a simple PHP gallery.

I wish to have the gallery display the images in a directory on a simpleblank page. Under the image i wish to have a 'Next' and 'Previous' button and in between have numbers linking to all the images in a directory. e.g number 1 links to the first image in a directory.

I would like this to preferably NOT involve a MySQL database as the agllery will be aimed at web begginers.

I wish to have the quote for this. Not a rate for per hour of labout. A solid quote please.
