Php Security [advice]

Hi, please take a look at my thread located here due to that hacking i am now trying to secure my scripts/VPS, so i want to know if anyone can suggest how i could check the security of my php scripts or if you can point me in the direction of a person company who could do the security checks & fix security loop holes in any php scripts...

I don't have a large budget for this...
