i have a quick question.

I am makeing a site that will have many pages and will have many images and flash animations. What would be better to use for my site? .PHP or .HTML?

PHP is used with HTML.. kind of. It's hard to explain. PHP can not be a standalone language.

Better to go with php because it gives you more flexibility overall. PHP as the other posted noted - will display html output as you desire. If you want to add any type of feed, banner rotation, etc etc you will need the power of php.

well, if its just html you're using, it dosnt matter. But if you are going to use php, use .PHP

You should just go the easy way. Wherever PHP is easier or HTML is easier, just use it.

If you are using a standard template that will automatically be filled with content from (example) an external html file, PHP is the way to go. This has been implemented by almst all BBs (phpBB2,SMF,vB)

Not true. You can display images with pure PHP ;)
