I decided to offer 50% off my rate this week to any NPer with a more than 2 good trader ratings for being the seller. My regular rate is $23 per hour. Remember, PHP/MYSQL coding. I don't do design work. I also am a Linux Guru and I manage Linux servers F/T with relatively low rates!
