PHP/Mysql, and maybe ajax...

This is for a major project. I am shopping for a programmer or two to recode/update a script on my site. The site is www.worldgaminginc.com.

I am reorganizing it and will be moving it to mybattles.com (see www.ifragged.com). I am looking to have the code for the ladder and tournament sections rewritten. It works but its not efficient or secure im sure, and there are some lingering bugs.

I would also like it enhanced with ajax as well, but thats secondary. Right now the membership Database is shared with vBulletin. That can stay that way for all i care.

I imagine it wouldn't take more than 10-20 hours to do this for someone skilled... I get along and can figure stuff out but my code isn't efficient.
