Hi guys/gals,
I've been doing PHP development for awhile now, and am finding that I have more free time than I should, therefore am offering my skills.
Here's a rundown:
* Custom code/applications written in PHP
* Fully documented coding, including overviews and procedure outlines - something very few companies provide. This is handy in the event you want to get someone else to modify the code.
* Automation; including web harvesting, bots (IRC) and many others.
* MySQL Database Integration - including admin pages for any projects if required/needed.
* Image manipulation, uploading, resizing, etc
Basically, if there's something you want coded in PHP, I can probably do it. And if I can't, give me a day or so and I'll be able to
I do NOT do any kind of design work, which includes forum templates. If any design work needs to be done I have a good circle of designers who would be more than capable of doing it for you, but it would be outsourced and therefore may cost a little more. There are more than enough people out there who will skin your forum for practically next to nothing, so I'm going to stay out of that market ,sorry.
I work in GBP (ยฃ) and not USD ($). If you want to work in $ then given exchange rates, I reserve the right to add a premium to the price. Dollars don't work out well for UK developers, as it means we actually work for less.
I'm looking for any kind of work really, but the bigger the project the better. Full portfolio can be provided on request, just send me a PM. Feel free to ask any/all questions on this thread or via PM and I'll reply as soon as I can.
In regards to communication, I provide all my clients with a mobile/cell phone number they can reach me on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I'm available via MSN Messenger at least 18 hours a day also.
If you're an American client, or otherwise work in a different timezone to GMT then I will work around your hours, not my own. If that means I have to work primarily between midnight and 9am, then so be it.
Forgot to mention, in addition to PHP Development I'm also quite skilled at server management - having spent several years working for various UK ISP's, within the support departments and managing hundreds of dedicated servers.
If you need anyone to manage your webhosting, I could do this easily
