So you also have to pay the "small fee" of $39.95 every year to keep the license valid?

Yes. It was just bought like a month or so ago, so its valid for 11 months or so before it is due. That fee you pay includes all updates which this script is maintained regularly and all additions/upgrades are included. It is a really nice script for someone wanting to run a coupon selling site. It is even more perfect for running a local custom coupon site and making money off it from the local businesses in your area. Either way it can be a great money making business, but I have decided to work on other ventures and no longer need this script. It can easily be changed over to the new owner, and can be done instantly after purchase. I was thinking of lowering the price to $70. So if anyone is interested, the price is now $70 for this. That is more than half off retail. I do want everyone to know, that I searched and searched for good scripts like this one, and they were either too expensive or no good ones even created. So this is the best price you will find for a good coupon php script with as many features this has. PM Me if you are interested. I am online most of the day and can get this transferred over super quick after payment is received. My feedback on here is all 100% positive so that also goes a long way.

There is no shopping cart no. This is how it works. The business who wants to offer a coupon/listing for their business, will pay for the appropriate package, to get premium listings, which would be where they can create custom coupons, which customers can print out for local businesses or it can include a coupon code if it is an online business. So pretty much the business who wants more exposure, will buy premium package, and list their business/info and include a coupon in the directoy. It is a Business Directory/Coupon php script. This script offers free listings, but does not include the upgrades for their listing including custom coupons etc. You can make a lot of money off this, if you know what you are doing and you can either cater to online business, local businesses in your area, or both.
