PHP classifieds site

Hi,
I'm after a PHP script that I can use for a classifieds website for a local area - a craigslist type thing.
Obviously free would be better! although I've not started looking properly yet so am hoping you people can give me some suggestions of what to look at.

Damn, that looked really good, until I tried it and it doesn't work with php5, only 4 I think.
