Developing a classifieds domain question.

hello. I have domain name "a small city name"+classifieds.com for last couple of years. never developed.
I am going to develop it, and looking for the easiest way. so the question is, if there is some ready scripts available, that can show to my visitors on my website a local classifieds ads taken from for example craigslists or from somewhere else until people from this particular city will start actually post on my classifieds?
or may be there is other easy way to develop classifieds that you could give me an idea of.

So you would just want to point them to the craigslist page for that city, but at some point you want them to start posting classifieds on your site?

almost. i mean if it is possible to have some reader that can bring local classifieds ads from other websites on to my website? so my classifieds would not look empty until people will actually post there.
