PHP and JS Coder Needed

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a PHP and JS coder for two jobs.

The first one is an advanced contact form and the other is a calculator.

My budget is $80 for the whole job.

The first job is fairly self-explanatory but the second job is more advanced. It is for a rental site, so this is an example of what is needed:

contact form is über easy, the calculator is far more complex and tedious work, wont think you will get a good product for under $80
