Photshop Slicing Help

Hello all,
I have a fully coded site that I have modified the PSD file - Just the graphics inside the slices - I have not modified the slices. My questions is;

How do I get these new sliced images saved individually so that I can replace the existing images in the images folder of the script?

File > Save For Web...

This option will allow you to save each slice as an individual image.

WOW! I have been trying to figure this out for hours. Everytime I went to that option, it showed the WHOLE page, so I thought it would save the whole page... I just did it, and it made a new folder called, Images; imagine that... Inside are all the new sliced individual images! How stupid do I feel...
