Well I just searched the term and Got this software. I don't think its a famous software but still I think the developer is the most potential buyer. try your luck. For me, it is low $xx but .....

Yep, there are some softwares (photoshop-like) which use that name

And if you have some programming background (which I do), you will see that there are common to create some utility objects using this name pattern.

For example:
- StringUtil --> Utility for String manipulation.
- ImageUtil --> Utility for Image manipulation.
- etc...
