I bought this about 1 month ago:

After I purchased it, the community was not too happy that the previous owner sold it, so a few of the key members left. There is still steady traffic, About 15-20 members sign in per day. Approx 5 new members every day and about 10 posts per day on average.
I do not have this on any stats package, so I cannot verify exact traffic numbers.

This site needs someone who wants to rebuild a community that already has a soild foundation. I bought the site wanting to take it to the next level, but I do not have the time to invest to bring it back up to speed to do that.
