Photo rating script

I am after a photo rating script. Something as simple as a "hot or not" rating script would be fine, although a script like KittenWar would be really cool. Can anyone recommend a script which can do this? Preferably free or at least reasonably inexpensive, as this is just going to be for a private site with no advertising.
