There's a marketer out there wishing they owned this name.. probably working at Cricket Wireless.

My opinion is worth very little but I'd ask for six figures.

Maybe low to mid five figures. A global telephony payment system, top-ups, international data rates etc etc..a good name.

low-mid $xx,xxx for me too to the right end-user, otherwise mid $x,xxx in the reseller market.

It's a good name, no question. It is short enough to be brandable, i.e. whilst it's a generic term, you can spend money to brand the full phonebill.com domain as a brand. It therefore has appeal to any company selling phone call plans, and there are plenty of them.
