Phishing fraud?

I registered a domain name a while ago, then parked it, the domain has been getting over 200-300 visitors in the past 2 days, but today, not a single visitor, so I was curious to see what's going on with the parked page... It shows some text like - Internet phishing fraud, report it, ignore the warning etc, what's going on here?

Can you at least provide a screenshot or the website link so we can see first then maybe tell you what the problem is?
