It's hard to say because I have little knowledge of the local market.
From what I read .co.in is more established that .in but probably in the years to come .co.in could be phased out in favour of .in (2nd level and shorter). I don't know for sure.
So when I register a name under .in I try to get the .co.in too just in case (defensive registration).
Also I see that pharmacies.in is registered and I'm wondering which of the two would get most type-in now. Someone from India should definitely provide some advice.
But the name looks fairly good, perhaps for a nationwide directory ?
