Certainly not worth that much! It is a nice two word .com, not sure I even know the best possible usage for it but I would say it's value would range from low $xx - low $xxx to resellers. Don't trust appraisal services that shoot out inflated appraisals they eventually try to sell them to you.

MyPetFat.com is a developed site. Other than that I tend to agree with the above appraisal. It is a very small niche, if it is even a niche.

I cannot see what "petfat" would refer too or what anyone could build a website about using this domain. I would try and get a refund if I were you.
