In 2005 I set up a domain for my chidren's pet sitting business, one is now all grown up and graduating, another has started his own lawn mowing business and my third is busy in Karate. They've had pretty good success with their business obtaining numerous clients in our local community for pet sitting/dog walking services and it was a good venture in teaching them entrepreneurship. However, its time to move on and I'm selling their domain and/or website.

The domain has a Google PR of 2 and is ranked in the top 10 on Google for "Pet Sitting" and "Pet Sitting Services" as generic keywords. I think it's # 3 for the former and # 10 for the latter. Of course, you can add your locale in the title and enjoy a top ranking really quickly plus all of the traffic from these generic keywords.

Moved to # 2 on Google

Hi,

This domain is still for sale and is a great property to obtain for either the pet sitting marketplace or develop into a domain for other pet related products and services, which are huge markets. As of this morning, July 13, it's moved to # 2 on Google for "pet sitting," at least for me; and # 9 for "pet sitting services."

If anyone is looking for a domain in this niche, this is a good opportunity.
