I just found out that PETIO (www.petio.com)is the most famous brand in Japan for PET food. If I could try to contact this company for sale? any TM issues? I still do not have any idea How to promote .IO. and where is the best place for sale? any idea, you guys?
any appraisal please?

PET is a top keyword, IO an almost unknown extension when it comes to reselling (POKER.IO is the only exception that I know of). I don't know if you will be able to resell it for a decent profit *but you can add value through development. That's where it's potential is. I would also contact that company in Japan. You have nothing to lose.
