This is a nice domain. It could be sold to a real pet cafe, or used to create a social site related to pets.

Would be nice as mentioned above as a social site for pet owners. Also a place to sell pet treats and supplies.
I would develop a mini site then list for sale. IMO

In general the new gTLDs are worth not much more than reg fee, unless to the end user or developed. This one I think would go for low $x,xxx for an actual pet cafe, and low $xxx for another domain flipper.
