First off, I really don't like the pop-up ads (could just be me) Moving on... the white words in your tabs are hard to read, you can see the top clearly but towards the bottom of the words they blend in with the background. The whole site is very white, maybe change the background to a light blue or grey. The header is kind of boring... maybe add an image to it or something to liven it up. I really like the one image you do have on the site, it adds color. And the players pictures are a very nice touch!

It is obvious you have put a lot of work into this project. I hope some of my suggestions have helped. Good luck!

GFX can u stop anything thats making the loading time too long or know how i could make it load quicker (if it is a black and green screen thats an ad from dot tk for the sub-domain name and i dont think i can do anything about that)

... i make a mistake, i thought it was slow cause i was downloading something. If you would like to improve it, put all your graphcis into gif format

wewt that template is nice, the banner needs working on. Try adding rollovers on the menubar, i think that is a thing greatly missed on there. good work.

The template looks good. My suggestion is to remove popup ads.
Also add some movements to menu... maybe flash.

i didnt know i had any pop up ads (is this being caused by .tk if not how can a ged rid of these ads

One you get enough traffic they go for good. eg mine www.elite-designz.tk

Use co.nr free domain service, don't use .tk. I don't like that popup ads and that timer ad. Design your own logo, the "AFC" logo looks weird. Don't use the blue email link change it to the same color as other links.

If the buttons have cursor rollover effect, it will be great. Other than that, it's a nice looking template.

just newbie thanks for the feedback m8 much appreciated will make some changes and i will only be on .tk for a short time only then it will be on a paid host
