I have some simple blogs with PR4 that don't have (and will not have) any advertising links (no banners, column links or footer links) and am offering permanent contextual links in the posts for $10 each (maximum 3 outgoing links per post).
Just tell me the keywords you are looking for (one or two) and I will post them with a link to your URL. Topics include sports, humor and general internet.
This is a great way to get a few links for PR and traffic purposes, these blogs ping the major players (pings: Weblogs.com, Blo.gs, Technorati, Ping-O-Matic) so you can increase your ratings with them for traffic, keyword and tag popularity.
-Payment via Paypal is prefered.
