Are these sites on different C-class IPs?

Will you get links from high-PR pages or PR0 pages?

For your comparison, I'm part of a service where you get max. 20 links a day from PR3-PR5 sites (on PR0 pages) by submitting short blog posts (so it's a blog network). They've sold this service for $37 a month.

there is no such "permanent" things because :
- admin of any PR site could be easily delete your backlink
- PR could be easily dropped down to hill whenever google updating
- admin could be easily change their "dofollow" become "nofollow"
