Perl/PHP Metrics?

Is there any IDE that can keep track of metrics like LOC, average errors, and all that other stuff? I can find all sorts of them for C++, but nothing for PHP or Perl.

I use PHPEdit for PHP.

I think I look at that one, but it couldn't do any metrics at all. It was just syntax highlighting and code formater. I never tried it, though. What all metrics can it do?
