You keep posting appraisal requests for major TM names and then offer them for sale on this board. No-one is going to buy these from you because they are TM names. You are asking for a lawsuit you cant afford to pay.

Again, like everyone else on the board said. This is a major TM issue that can get you in huge trouble. I understand that when you are new to the domain industry, we never think about TM. For example, when I first started, I made a retarded reg called PGAPreferred.com. I thought I was going to be a millionaire. Then I found out I could get sued for it... Not a good path to start out on when you are entering the domain industry. Surf the forum a little and learn a little bit about the domain industry and what is hot and what is not. You will learn a lot and you will find yourself making better decisions and making some extra cash while at it.

Very few people do check this out and there are ways to use TM's that won't get you into trouble. Certain uses can be okay and companies like Microsoft have clear guidelines on how you can use there TM, Logos, etc..

It is where confusion can occur that causes the problem. With a name like Pepsi.vc there is bound to be a lot of confusion. TM domain can be profitable for some people, but it is best to realize you could lose it and even face court action.

Name is worth $0 just like everyone else said. No point in regging a name right now and asking for an appraisal. Even if you reg a .com name today it would still be worth regfee or it wouldnt have been available to reg. Stick to the aftermarket and stay away from TMs if you want to make any money.
