"Pentel" is a trademark, get rid of the name, it can only lead to trouble
The fact that its "Pentel Pen" is also showing bad faith as it cant really be used for anything else

ok ty for you advice, Iam trying to drop this domain now but the domain will still be registered to my name until august, that's what my registrar told me.This is incorrect, its still their company trademark and you are still using it for pens/markers which is what they use it for.
If you had Pentel.com and you ran Pentel Plumbing, then you would be fine, but you are using their name with their product, its a blatant breach of their trademark
