I don't know what I think of when I think of Pedia. Children isn't something that comes in mind but I may be in the minority. Sorta looks like pediatrics as you have mentioned. I'm sure it will direct people in the right direction if developed.

Perhaps a nice "catchy" slogan and a logo would give your name the boost it needs!

Ex: PediaSearch.com - "Only the best for your Children" or "Helping you meet your child's needs" or "Solutions for raising a healthy child"....

You get the idea... just a thought
