2. pronounceable as "P DEAF"
3. looks like you have the acros broken down that can increase value substantially
4. valuable legal type links could be worth low x,xxx to an end user or to a linking/seo company or even someone who makes parking money on Legal terms

value of the domain itself i would put it at high xxx
